How the pricing works
Two ways to be charged and you get whichever fits your job. Item pricing: every common thing has a published number and you add them up. Volume pricing: if you are clearing a garage or a whole unit, you pay for the fraction of the truck it fills.
The per-visit minimum is $75. There is no stair charge, no walk-up fee, no same-day surcharge, no refrigerant fee and no separate disposal charge. The number you are quoted covers the crew carrying it out from wherever it sits, the transport, and the disposal at the far end.

How to use this list
Add up the lines that match what you have. If the total lands under $75, the visit is $75. If you are past about a dozen items, compare your total against the truck ladder and take the lower one — a garage full of miscellaneous boxes usually prices better as a fraction of a truck than as forty individual lines.
Anything not on this list has a price too; it is just a longer catalog than fits on one page. Send photos and you get a flat total back before a crew is dispatched, whether you are downtown, in North Hills, out in Holly Springs or across in Morrisville near RTP.
Frequently asked questions
Is the minimum really $75?
Yes, per visit. A truck and a crew have to reach your address whether the job is one lamp or a full garage, so $75 is the floor. If the single item you need gone is priced below it — a bicycle at $37, a vacuum cleaner at $33 — the visit is $75 and you may as well add whatever else has been waiting.
Do you charge extra for stairs, long carries or same-day?
No. There is no stair charge, no walk-up fee and no same-day surcharge. The published price includes carrying the item out from wherever it is, whether that is a crawlspace, a bonus room over the garage, or a third-floor walk-up off Avent Ferry.
Is disposal included in these prices?
Yes. Transport and disposal are both in the number. There is no separate dump fee added afterwards and no refrigerant fee on refrigerators or air conditioning units.
What if my job falls between two truck-load sizes?
You get quoted one rung of the ladder, not a range. Send photos and the total comes back as a single figure — $338 or $431, say — before anyone is dispatched, and it does not move on the day.
Are prices the same across Wake County?
Yes. The same list applies in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Garner, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Holly Springs and across to Durham and Chapel Hill. There is no zone pricing and no distance surcharge within the service area.
