Worked example: a living room

Sofa, armchair, coffee table and two end tables: $369, one visit.

Worked example: a bedroom

Mattress and box spring as a set, the bed frame, a large dresser and two nightstands: $473. The mattress and box spring count as one set at $143 automatically.

Worked example: a garage

Sofa, bookshelf, washer, rolled carpet and a medium pile of loose items is $528 itemised. That load is 5.4 cubic yards, so the six-yard three-eighths truck share at $338 holds it. We quote both routes and you take the lower one.

Worked example: a one-bedroom clear-out

Sofa, mattress and box spring, bed frame, dresser, a television and ten bags: $663 itemised, or $431 as the half truck that holds all 6.3 cubic yards.

The surcharges Raleigh residents do not pay us

Floor level. Stairs. Carry distance. Which neighborhood you are in. How soon you want us. Every one of those is set to zero in our pricing engine, which is why a third-floor walk-up in Glenwood South and a ranch house in Apex are quoted identically for the same load.

Disposal is inside every figure

No tip fee, no fuel line, no per-ton charge, no environmental or recycling surcharge. What is quoted is what is charged.

Condition does not change the price

Broken, stained, soaked or thirty years old costs the same as pristine, because we price the space on the truck rather than the resale value. Nothing needs cleaning or preparing before we arrive.

Same-day and next-day, at no premium

Slots are usually available today or tomorrow across Wake County, and booking one costs exactly what booking next month costs.

A quote takes about a minute

Describe the load in plain English and a flat figure comes straight back — no site visit, no estimator appointment, no callback queue. Anything extra found on the day is priced off this same public list and sent for your approval first.

Frequently asked questions

how much is junk removal in raleigh

It starts at a $75 minimum per visit. A quarter truck is $241, three-eighths $338, a half $431, three-quarters $587 and a full sixteen-yard load $732. Named items have their own prices - a couch is $126, a fridge $164, a mattress and box spring set $143. Every figure includes the crew, the loading, the truck and the disposal, and it is agreed before we set off.

how much does it cost to remove a couch in raleigh

A standard sofa is $126, a loveseat $119, a sleeper sofa $149, a two-piece sectional $141 and a three-piece $185. That covers carrying it out from wherever it stands, the stairs, the truck and the disposal. Torn or stained costs the same as pristine. Describe it and the flat figure comes back in about a minute.

is there a minimum charge for junk removal in raleigh

Yes - $75, and it is per visit rather than per item, so one end table at $52 books at $75. Because the floor is per visit, it pays to walk the house once first and add whatever else has been waiting; a bookshelf at $72 or an old TV at $68 rides along on the same trip for one flat total.

Do you charge extra for stairs or which neighborhood I am in?

No. Floor level, stairs, carry distance, neighborhood and how soon you want us are all set to zero in our pricing engine. A third-floor walk-up in Glenwood South is quoted identically to a ranch house in Apex for the same load. Tell us about the stairs so we send enough hands, then book knowing the number will not move.

What does a whole apartment or house clear-out cost?

A furnished one-bedroom works out at $663 itemised, or $431 as the half truck that holds its 6.3 cubic yards. Bigger jobs run to $587 for three-quarters of a truck and $732 for a full sixteen-yard load, and a second visit is priced on its own with no penalty. Describe the rooms and we will quote both routes so you can take the lower one.

Is disposal included, or is it extra?

Included in every figure on this page. There is no tip fee, no fuel line, no per-ton charge and no environmental or recycling surcharge added afterwards. Anything found on the day that was not described is priced off this same public list and sent for your approval before it goes on the truck, so the quote is safe to budget from.
