How does pricing work?

Flat and photo-quoted before the truck rolls. Snap a photo and our system identifies and prices each item — sofa $170, queen mattress $139, refrigerator $221. Cleanouts price as truck-fill: 1/4 $295, 1/2 $525, 3/4 $720, full $895. $75 minimum, disposal included. See the full Raleigh pricing guide.

Is there NC sales tax on junk removal?

No. North Carolina doesn't tax junk-removal service — the NC Department of Revenue lists hauling away debris and waste removal as exempt. There's no sales tax line on your haul; the flat quote is the price.

Do you offer same-day pickup?

Usually, when a crew and truck slot are open. Text a photo and we'll give you the soonest real window — often same- or next-day across Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, and Chapel Hill. See same-day removal.

Do I have to move things to the curb?

No — our crews carry it out from the garage, attic, or any floor. In the HOA suburbs we haul straight from the garage so nothing ever sits at the curb to risk a fine.

What happens to my stuff?

We donate usable furniture and goods to Triangle Habitat ReStores and Goodwill, and recycle appliances and electronics — which NC bans from landfills — rather than dumping them.

What areas do you serve?

The Triangle core: Raleigh and inner Wake (Cary, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, Garner, Wake Forest, Knightdale), plus Durham and Chapel Hill/Carrboro. See all areas.
