The short answer: it stops being your problem

Once it is on the truck, where it goes is our job. We sort what can be sorted, look for a second home for anything still usable, and handle the disposal of the rest. You do not sort it, drive it, queue with it or pay anything extra for it. The price you agreed before we set off is the whole price.

Disposal is inside every figure we publish

This is the part worth knowing before you book anyone. Our prices already cover the tipping, the drop-offs and the driving between them. There is no disposal fee at the end, no fuel line, no environmental charge and no recycling surcharge. One number, agreed up front, and nothing appended afterwards.

What happens after the truck pulls away

A load rarely goes to one place. Furniture in good order, working appliances, metal, cardboard and electronics all have their own onward routes, and the crew separates as they go rather than tipping the lot in one go. It is the reason a truck sometimes makes more than one stop after leaving your driveway — and the reason none of that appears on your bill.

Usable things get a second life where we can find one

If a sofa is sound, a dresser is solid or an appliance still runs, we would much rather it went to somebody who wants it. Where there is a taker for something, that is the route it takes. It costs you nothing either way and it does not change your price — it is simply the better outcome when it is available.

Recyclables get separated where there is a route for them

Metal, cardboard, and electronics are pulled out and sent where they can be handled properly. What is left over goes for proper disposal. That is the honest shape of it: we take the material to the right place for what it is, and you never have to work out which place that is.

Appliances and electronics follow their own path

Fridges, freezers and air conditioners hold sealed cooling systems, and screens and computers have their own handling route. We deal with all of it. Nothing on that list needs special preparation from you, and the prices below are the whole cost.

You do not need to sort it first

Some people stack things into neat piles before we arrive. It is kind, and it is entirely unnecessary. Mixed loads are what we do all day — furniture, bags, boxes, an old grill and half a garage in the same truck. Point at it and let the crew do the separating.

Condition never changes the price

Broken, stained, damp, cracked or twenty years out of style costs exactly what pristine costs. We price the space something takes on the truck, not what it might be worth. There is nothing to clean up before we come and nothing to explain.

Frequently asked questions

where does junk removal take your stuff in raleigh

A load rarely goes to one place. Metal, cardboard, appliances and electronics come out for their own onward routes, anything still usable gets looked at for a second home, and the rest goes for proper disposal. The crew separates as they load, which is why a truck often makes several stops after leaving you. None of that appears on your bill - it is already inside the flat price.

is disposal included in junk removal prices in raleigh

Yes, in every figure we publish. The tipping, the drop-offs and the driving between them are all covered, so there is no disposal fee, fuel line, environmental charge or recycling surcharge added at the end. A sofa is $126, a refrigerator is $164, a half truck is $431, and the minimum booking is $75. The number you agree before we set off is the number you pay.

Do I need to sort or separate anything before you arrive?

Not at all. Mixed loads are ordinary work for us - furniture, bags, boxes, an old grill and half a garage in the same truck. The crew does the separating as they load. Leave everything exactly where it stands, including upstairs or at the back of the garage, and point at what is going. There is no charge for stairs or carry distance either.

do you recycle or donate old furniture in raleigh

Where a piece is still sound and there is a taker for it, that is the route we would rather it took, and metal, cardboard and electronics get pulled out for their own onward handling. It costs you nothing either way and it does not change your price. Tell the crew which items are still good when they arrive and they will keep them separate.

Can you take a fridge, freezer or air conditioner?

Yes. Fridges, freezers and air conditioners hold sealed cooling systems and we handle all of it - no preparation needed from you. A refrigerator is $164, a French-door fridge $183, an upright freezer $149, a chest freezer $146, a mini fridge $115, a window AC $59 and a portable AC $85. Handling and disposal are inside those figures.
