What you actually get from us
A crew, a sixteen-yard truck, and a flat Raleigh price agreed before we set off. We arrive, we carry everything out ourselves, we load it, and we leave with it the same day. Nothing sits in your driveway for a week, and nothing waits on you to fill it.
A rented bin is the version where the container arrives and the loading is still yours to do; ours is the version where the job is finished by the time we pull away. Here is our whole price list so you can see exactly what that costs.
The Raleigh truck ladder
When it is easier to describe a load as volume than as a list, we sell the share of the truck it needs. These are capacities — we book the smallest share that holds everything.
| Share of truck | Capacity | Raleigh price |
|---|---|---|
| Quarter | 4 cubic yards | $241 |
| Three-eighths | 6 cubic yards | $338 |
| Half | 8 cubic yards | $431 |
| Five-eighths | 10 cubic yards | $513 |
| Three-quarters | 12 cubic yards | $587 |
| Seven-eighths | 14 cubic yards | $661 |
| Full truck | 16 cubic yards | $732 |
The Raleigh minimum is $75 per visit, so small jobs are worth booking too.
We do the loading — all of it
Out of the basement, down the stairs, along the side of the house, into the truck. That labor is not an add-on; it is the product. You point at what is going and the rest is ours.
The price is agreed before we set off
Describe the load in plain English, get a flat figure, and that is the figure you pay. No hourly meter, no weight ticket, no reassessment on the day, no number produced at your door.
The surcharges we do not have
Floor level, stairs, carry distance, which Raleigh neighborhood you are in, and how soon you want us are every one set to zero in our pricing engine. That means a third-floor apartment in Glenwood South and a house with a wide driveway in Apex pay the same for the same load. Tell us about stairs or a long carry so we send the right crew — it just does not change the number.
Disposal is already in the figure
No tip fee, no fuel line, no environmental charge, no recycling surcharge, no per-ton anything. One number covers the crew, the truck and where the material ends up.
Worked example: a kitchen remodel
Six cubic yards of construction debris — cabinets, countertop, tile, backer board — is $720 in Raleigh at our $120 per cubic yard debris rate, carried out and hauled. Yard waste has its own rate at $88 per cubic yard.
Worked example: a living room
Sofa, armchair, coffee table and two end tables: $369, one visit, everything carried out for you.
Worked example: a garage
Sofa, bookshelf, washer, rolled carpet and a medium pile of loose items comes to $528 as a list of named objects. That load is 5.4 cubic yards, so the smallest truck share that holds it is the six-yard three-eighths at $338. We quote both ways and you take whichever you prefer.
Named items have their own prices
| Item | Raleigh price |
|---|---|
| Sofa / couch | $126 |
| Mattress + box spring set | $143 |
| Refrigerator | $164 |
| Washer | $133 |
| Dryer | $128 |
| Dresser (large) | $148 |
| Desk (standard) | $83 |
| Bookshelf | $72 |
| Carpet (rolled) | $68 |
| Hot tub / spa | $390 |
| 10 bags of debris | $132 |
| 30 bags of debris | $385 |

| Yard waste (per cubic yard) | $88 |
Your driveway stays yours
We are there for as long as the load takes and then we are gone. No container parked outside for days, no neighbors walking past it, no rush to fill it before a pickup date.
Book us more than once if the job is staged
Demolition on Tuesday, framing waste on Friday — two visits, two flat prices, no penalty for splitting it. Each visit stands on its own with the same $75 floor.
A quote takes about a minute
Type "kitchen demo, about six yards of cabinets and tile" or "garage full of furniture" and a flat figure comes straight back. No site visit, no walk-through appointment, no callback queue.
If there is more on the day
Extra material is priced off the same public list you are reading, written up and sent for your approval before it goes on the truck. You can check the arithmetic against this page.
Where we go

Frequently asked questions
is junk removal cheaper than renting a dumpster in raleigh
Here is our whole side of it, flat and public: $75 minimum, $241 a quarter truck, $431 a half, $732 a full sixteen-yard load, and construction debris at $120 a cubic yard. Every one of those figures includes the crew, the loading, the truck and the disposal, with nothing added at the door. Describe your load and we will give you the exact number in about a minute.
how much does it cost to get rid of renovation debris in raleigh
Construction debris is $120 a cubic yard in Raleigh, so a six-yard kitchen remodel - cabinets, countertop, tile and backer board - is $587, carried out and hauled. Yard waste is $88 a cubic yard. If the load is easier to describe as truck space, a half truck is $431 and a full one $732. Both routes are quoted flat before we set off.
do you load everything for me
Yes, all of it. Out of the basement, down the stairs, along the side of the house and into the truck - that labor is the product, not an add-on. You point at what is going and we do the rest, then leave with it the same visit. Nothing sits in your driveway waiting to be filled.
Do you charge extra for stairs, a long carry or same-day booking?
No. Floor level, stairs, carry distance, which Raleigh neighborhood you are in and how soon you want us are all set to zero in our pricing engine. A third-floor apartment pays the same as a house with a wide driveway. Tell us about the stairs so we send the right crew, then book knowing the number will not move.
Is disposal included in the price?
Yes. There is no tip fee, no fuel line, no environmental charge, no recycling surcharge and no per-ton anything. One flat number covers the crew, the truck and where the material ends up. That is why the quote you accept before we set off is safe to plan a budget around.
Can you come more than once for a staged job?
Easily. Demolition debris on Tuesday and framing waste on Friday is two visits and two flat prices, with no penalty for splitting the work and the same $75 floor on each. Tell us the schedule when you book and we will hold the slots. Same-day and next-day are usually available across Wake County.
