The Raleigh rate: $88 a cubic yard for yard waste

Limbs, brush, branches, leaves and general yard debris are $88 per cubic yard in Raleigh, quoted flat before we set off. Storm damage that includes building material — fence panels, shingles, siding, broken decking — is priced as construction debris at $120 per cubic yard. The minimum for any visit is $75.

What a cubic yard of brush looks like

A cubic yard is a cube three feet on a side. Brush is airy, so a pile that would fill the bed of a pickup is usually two to three yards. You do not need to measure anything — describe the pile and the yard and we will size it for you.

Worked example: a yard after a bad night

Six cubic yards of limbs and brush is $528 in Raleigh. One visit, one flat figure, and we do the gathering and carrying.

Worked example: a single downed limb and the clean-up round it

Three cubic yards is $196. Small jobs are worth booking too — the floor is $75, and it is per visit rather than per item.

Storm damage that is not just yard waste

A section of fence, a collapsed shed wall, shingles off the roof, decking boards — that is construction debris at $120 a cubic yard, and it can go on the same truck as the brush in the same visit. Tell us roughly how much of each and we will quote one combined figure.

Nothing needs to be dragged to the curb

Back garden, side yard, behind the shed, down a slope — we come to where the material is and carry it out ourselves. Stacking it neatly first is optional and changes nothing about the price.

No surcharge for the long carry

Carry distance, gates, slopes, which Raleigh neighborhood you are in and how soon you want us are every one set to zero in our pricing engine. A back garden at the end of a long lot is quoted exactly like a pile already sitting on the driveway.

Disposal is inside the number

No tip fee, no fuel line, no per-ton charge, no environmental or recycling surcharge. One flat figure covers the crew, the truck and where the material ends up.

Book it in stages if the clean-up is

Cut and stack over the weekend, book us for Monday; find more the following week, book again. Each visit is its own flat price with the same $75 floor and no penalty for splitting the work.

Same-day and next-day, at no premium

After a bad night the driveway usually needs clearing before anything else happens. Same-day and next-day slots are common across Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham and the rest of Wake County, and booking one costs no more than booking a month out.

A quote takes about a minute

Type "storm took down a big limb, plus a fence panel and a load of brush in the back yard" and a flat figure comes straight back. No site visit, no estimator appointment, no waiting on a callback. Call if it is easier to describe out loud.

If the pile is bigger than it looked

Extra volume is priced off the same public rates on this page, written up and sent for your approval before it goes on the truck — arithmetic you can check while the crew waits.

Frequently asked questions

How much does storm debris removal cost in Raleigh?

Yard waste - limbs, brush, branches and leaves - is $88 a cubic yard in Raleigh, so a six-yard pile is $528 and a three-yard one $196. Storm-damaged fence panels, shingles and decking are priced as construction debris at $120 a cubic yard and go on the same truck. The minimum is $75 per visit. Who picks up tree branches in Raleigh?

We do, across Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Garner, Morrisville, Knightdale, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Durham and Chapel Hill. Branches do not have to be dragged to the curb or stacked neatly first - back garden, side yard, down a slope, behind the shed, we come to where they fell and carry them out ourselves at no extra charge for the distance.

Can you haul away yard waste the same day?

Usually yes, and it costs no more than booking a month out, because there is no same-day surcharge anywhere in our pricing. After a bad night the driveway is normally the priority, so tell us what needs clearing first and we will give you the flat price and the earliest slot in the same reply.

Do you charge extra for a long carry from the back yard?

No. Carry distance, gates, slopes, which Raleigh neighborhood you are in and how soon you want us are all set to zero in our pricing engine. A pile at the far end of a long lot is quoted exactly like one already sitting on the driveway. Mention the access when you book so we send enough hands.

Can you take fence panels and brush on the same visit?

Yes. Yard waste at $88 a cubic yard and construction debris at $120 a cubic yard ride on the same truck in the same visit - tell us roughly how much of each and we will quote one combined flat figure. If the yard is more of a mess than a pile, ask for the truck share instead: a half truck is $431 and a full one $732.

Is disposal included in the price?

Yes. There is no tip fee, no fuel line, no per-ton charge and no environmental or recycling surcharge added afterwards. One flat number covers the crew, the truck and where the material ends up, which is why the figure agreed before we set off is safe to plan around. Book from the quote and nothing changes at the door.
